Veggie Pizza

2 packages croissants

2 packages cream cheese

1 package buttermilk ranch (powder)

raw veggies,

broccoli,purple cabbage,cauliflower,green onion,

1 small can chopped black olives

1 large Tomato

2 cups Grated cheddar cheese

In a 13×9 glass pan spray the bottom with cooking spray,roll out the croissants both packages to make a crust. Bake at 350 until done. Take out and let cool.

Chop raw veggies put in a separate bowl sprinkle 1/2 package of buttermilk ranch mix. Mix well.

Mix the soft cream cheese with the remaining 1/2 of buttermilk ranch mix. When the crust is cool spread the cream cheese mixture on the crust. Then top with the raw veggies,black olives, grated cheese, then tomatoes. Cover and refrigerate serve when ready.
