6 large russet potatoes
1 cup chopped onion
2 cups grated chedder cheese
1 tbs butter
1/2 cup of milk
pepper to taste

Peel your potatoes, then slice them, Chop up your onion. Place in a large pan with water to boil to soften,
When done drain, pour back into pan, mix in butter and milk and 1 cup of cheese, pour in a well sprayed baking dish. Bake on 325 until thickened. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese to melt.
Then serve. I top mine with fresh chopped green onion and sour cream. You can add bacon bits also.
